Day Rehabilitation

If you want to build your strength, abilities and independence following illness, surgery or trauma, but do not require the medical and nursing care of an inpatient setting, our Day Rehabilitation service is the perfect solution.

Drawing on evidence-based approaches, the team will tailor a program just for you based on your specific needs and goals and support and guide you every step of the way.

Your rehab specialist will recommend the program that is most suitable for you. Depending on your health fund and needs, you may be recommended either:

Fees and charges are dependent upon your health fund and level of cover. Please check with your health fund if any additional charges apply.

Before you are admitted or before commencing your program, we will obtain approval from your insurer.

Obtain a referral

The first step is to obtain a referral from your specialist or GP. Medical professionals can access referral forms by clicking here

Complete your assessment

Once we receive your referral, we will get in touch to arrange a time to meet with you to discuss your needs and goals. We will also provide a fee estimate.

Start your journey

We will be in touch to organise your therapy so you can begin your rehab journey.

Frequently asked questions

Your therapy program will be individually tailored to meet your needs.

You must attend the full program that is scheduled for you on each attendance. It is important to note that if you do not complete all scheduled sessions, your health fund may not cover the cost of your program.

Please wear clothing suitable for exercise and wear closed shoes. If you are unable to wear closed shoes, please discuss this with your treating therapists. This may limit the equipment you are able to use and access.

If hydrotherapy is included in your program, please wear or bring swimmers. Change rooms are available on site and you will be provided with a towel. If you require additional towels, please bring your own.

IMPORTANT – You must shower on site prior to entering the pool.
