Speech pathology encompasses all aspects of communication from speech, language, writing, reading, signs, symbols, and gestures. Our highly skilled speech pathologists can help with issues such as: difficulty expressing thoughts or understanding language, including reading or writing (aphasia), difficulty with pronunciation, pitch, volume or coordination of speech and fluency, and swallowing foods, drinks and medication.

They will work with you in a supportive environment alongside your family, friends, or work colleagues to maximise your progress so you can grow your confidence and enhance your communication and improve the safety of swallowing.

Fees and charges are dependent upon your health fund and level of cover. Please check with your health fund if any additional charges apply.
Before you are admitted or before commencing your program, we will obtain approval from your insurer.
A broad range of health care and support services are available to meet the clinical needs of eligible veterans and eligible dependants.
If you do not have a funding stream, you can also choose to self-fund your program.
