If you are recovering from orthopaedic surgery or trauma, or a musculoskeletal injury such as a fracture, a muscle, tendon, or ligament tear, or you’re managing life with a musculoskeletal illness, a targeted rehabilitation program can go a long way in your recovery and the successful management of symptoms to improve your overall wellbeing and quality of life.
